To use the secure print feature:
- Select a printer that supports secure printing from your printer menu
- Click on the "Preferences" button in the print window
- The first tab should currently be "Setup" - look for the section of this page labeled "Output"
- Under "Output Method", select "Secure Print"
- In the next pop-up window, enter a SecurePrint ID and password - These can be anything you like
- Click "Ok" back in the Preferences window
- Click "Print" in the main window
- At the printer, do the following:
- Log in with your copier code
- Press the "Box" button on the copier (there are 4 buttons - Box, Fax, Scan, Copy)
- In the display window, press the 'System User Box' tab
- Then press the "Secure Print User Box" button on the display
- Type in the SecurePrint ID that you used above and hit "Ok"
- Type in the password that you used about and hit "Ok"
- Select the document that you want to print and hit the "Print" button on the display
