- Webinars This training is with a conference telephone and a computer. There are specific dates and times for certain training sessions. There is trainer on the other end of the line and you could be taking online training with people across the country. This training deals with very specific topics such as how a new customer would set up Renaissance Place. These usually take 40 minutes to an hour.
- On Demand Videos This training are short videos 8 to 15 minutes in length. You may take these at any time. Again, this training deals with very specific topics. You may view the on demand videos at home or at school or wherever you have internet access.
- Quick Sessions These are small PDF files that you can read and deal with best practices. You may view these at any time and wherever you have internet access.
